Delivery, Refund and Return policy


All items or services sold on the 234Central Affiliate Mart aka 234Mart are sold on behalf of the Client (brands/vendor/merchant) based on a sales and marketing partnership between 234Central and the Client.

234Central will collect payment in escrow on behalf of our clients, till the sales or service transaction has been affirmed as satisfactory between the buyer and our client.

3 – 7 day Replacement Guarantee

  • All products sold via 234Central Affiliate Mart are covered under a 3-7 Day Refund/Replacement Guarantee.
  • Buyers are advised to confirm items received or service rendered within 72hours as satisfactory, or report any problems or damages or unsatisfactory issues related to delivered item or service with valid/substantial proof of otherwise within the 72hours period, else payment in escrow will be released to our Client for items supplied or service rendered by the 7th day.
  • Customer / buyer is advised to ensure returns are made to our Client with a formal report to us to facilitate return within 7 days from date of delivery.
  • If there is no correspondence from our Client within 3days of item returned or service complaint, a refund will be made back to the customer minus bank processing charges, or alternatively another of our Client will be assigned to provide the required item or service to customer/buyer. Otherwise, kindly contact our Customer Support Team, to facilitate necessary action.

How to get a defective item or unsatisfactory service ordered via 234Central Affiliate Mart replaced or amended?

  • Complaints for defective/broken/damaged/not as described products should be made directly to the 234Central Customer Support and we will notify our Client to facilitate return and replacement.
  • The cost of re-shipment and returns will be borne by our Client.
  • Replacements will be made by our Client and if replacement isn’t feasible, we will source for the item from other Clients, in a situation where the item can’t be sourced, a refund request will be processed to get funds back to the customer/buyer.
  • Kindly contact our Customer Support with your preferred bank details to facilitate payment within 7 business/working days.
  • While returning a product, make sure to keep the waybill received from the delivery company. This will help you prove that you actually returned the product.
  • For services reported as unsatisfactory, after investigation from our end and found to be valid, we will re-assign you another Client (service provider) or refund your money based on review of value or expenses.


Returns Guide Ensure product to be returned is in the exact same condition as its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity)

Do not accept packages that are damaged, ripped, opened or in bad condition upon delivery. will not initiate refund/replacement for:

  • Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box, packaging, tags or to the product.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
  • Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
  • Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks, Personal hygiene items (combs, barrettes, hair curlers, hair wigs, hairpieces, sex toys, Fragrances, Beauty products (Creams, Consumables (Food items, beverages ) Cigar and other similar products).


Why are my orders not delivered in a single package?

If the items in your orders are from different Client merchants, your items will arrive separately. If your order consists of items from one Client merchant your packages would be delivered together or separately. Nonetheless, your orders will be delivered.

How do I cancel an order?

You can make a request for cancellation by contacting our Customer Support.

If the cancellation request of your order is before your order has been shipped, 234Central will effect a refund.

If the cancellation request is after your order has been shipped, our client will be notified and relevant proceeding to facilitate returns including cost of return, will be acknowledged and deducted before refund will be made.


How much is Delivery?

Our Clients are responsible for delivery, as well as our partner logistics firm. Charges will be determined by them and communicated to you.

Delivery rate may vary per location per weight. Nevertheless, detailed information on delivery rates will be communicated along purchase information.


What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated maximum time of delivery is 10 business days nationwide.

With every order, an email/sms containing details of the order will be sent to you. Upon delivery, another email/sms will be sent to you.


What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax etc.)?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
