The Scale-Up initiative has been developed on the theory of collaboration and value exchange, whereby signed up brands connect with freelancers and pay only for services rendered. It is guided by the below listed terms:
Brands:
– Agree to place fair prices for listed products and services
– Provide necessary materials especially to aid freelance marketers
– Accept to pay agreed commission or compensation to the 234Central service team and contracted freelance marketer
– Only legitimate brand offerings will be enlisted for our scale-up service
– Accept to be responsible for managing any arising issue from service rendition or product sold to acquired customers
Individuals:
– Agree to not use any of the client brand offerings or promotional materials
including the 234Central services for illegal activities or to mislead and extort potential / unsuspecting customers
– Work within the confines of mutually agreed terms
– Will only receive payment once service delivery meets agreed terms or sales has been activated
General
– The terms for service rendered is subject to negotiation, however the freelance marketing service is guided and managed by the 234central project management team
– Acknowledge that the 234central team reserves the sole right to accept your request to join the scale-up initiative, and can terminate access even after approval as a means to resolve any dispute that arises
– Any dispute that arises in the course of the service period is to be duly reported for effective management
